Dronis 24 is a low-dose combined oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy. Each pack contains 24 active tablets and 4 placebo tablets, offering continuous daily dosing to help establish a consistent routine and reduce hormonal fluctuations.Â Provides effective and reliable birth controlÂ May help reduce acne, bloating, and premenstrual symptomsÂ Promotes regular, lighter, and less painful periodsÂ Lower estrogen dose (0.02 mg) improves tolerability in sensitive usersÂ

Drospirenone 3 mg + Ethinylestradiol 0.02 mg

Take 1 tablet daily, starting with the first white (active) tabletÂ Continue through all 24 white tablets, followed by 4 brown (placebo) tabletsÂ Begin a new pack immediately after finishing the current oneâ€”no break daysÂ Take tablets at the same time each day for maximum effectivenessÂ

If you miss an active (white) tablet by less than 24 hours: take it as soon as you remember and continue as usual.Â If more than 24 hours have passed or multiple tablets are missed, follow the instructions in the patient leaflet or consult a healthcare provider.Â If vomiting occurs within 3â€“4 hours after taking a tablet, it may not be effective.
